- Copy of valid passport (front and cover page)
- Academic transcripts and diploma (translated to English or Indonesian)
- Language proficiency certificate (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent)
- Police clearance certificate
- 2 x recent passport-size photographs (4×6 cm, white background)
